Sam, an Idaho native, has been with LCA over 25 years and during that time he has developed long-term relationships with clients in the medical, academic and business fields.  The approach Sam brings to each project not only incorporates his experience but also his ability to see each as a unique opportunity. 

 

Within LCA, a close partnership has been cultivated with the interior design department, allowing a smooth integration of the built environment with the desired emotional outcome.  Sam is also involved with clients requiring on-going facility management and assists them with tenant plans; site-specific interior finishes as well as B.O.M.A. – standard area calculations and lease attachments.  These abilities are also used in a supportive role with respect to other active projects within LCA, needing specific design approaches or philosophies.  The development of these various product-delivery systems has fostered client satisfaction as well as several public and private recognitions for design excellence.
