
Steve joined LCA Architects in 1994 and became an associate principal in 1999. In the time prior to joining LCA Architects Steve was directly responsible for construction phase management of over 48 million dollars of a broad range of public sector projects including municipal, education and correctional facilities. Since joining LCA Architects Steve has continued using his project management and architectural design skills on primarily large scale public sector projects primarily focusing on public safety facilities such as police, sheriff, emergency operation facilities, as well as correctional facilities. Other project types Steve has been involved with include financial institutions as well as general commercial.
Steve served 6 years as a member of the City of Boise’s Design Review Committee and chaired the committee in 2008. In addition he has been an active participant in the development of new design review guidelines for the City of Boise. This service to the community is indicative of Steve’s personnel recognition of the importance of quality design in the built environment.
